# 關鍵字取消下單

## 功能說明

直播小幫手新增<mark style="color:red;">**關鍵字取消下單**</mark>功能，消費者只要在直播中，留言 `關鍵字-`，或`關鍵字取消`，即可把同個商品下單的標單取消。

### 範例

消費者留言 A+2之後，若是想要取消A+2這筆下單，留言下面兩種任一種即可取消下單。

## <mark style="color:red;">注意事項</mark>

1. 不希望讓消費者可以在留言取消下單的話，請絕對不要開啟`關鍵字取消下單`。
2. 此功能預設關閉，若需啟用，請至綜合收單頁>設定，內設定。
3. 此功能僅支援綜合收單頁。
4. 已儲存的商品，無法使用`關鍵字取消下單`。
5. 若開啟了`商品開賣後自動轉已儲存`，也會造成`關鍵字取消下單`失效。

## 啟用方式

進入綜合收單頁之後，點擊右上角的齒輪設定按鈕，並於面板設定中，將<mark style="color:red;">**允許關鍵字取消下單**</mark>設定為允許，接著按下右下角綠色的<mark style="color:green;">儲存</mark>按鈕。\
