A：只能暫存2個小時喔 ฅ^･ﻌ･^ฅ　\
\ <mark style="color:yellow;">Q：綜合收單頁可以放幾樣商品?</mark>\
A：為維持良好的系統順暢度，<mark style="color:red;">**商品卡 數量限制上限為：300個商品**</mark><br>

<mark style="color:yellow;">Q：綜合收單頁的營業額統計在哪看呢？</mark>\
A:：營業額設計本來就只統計該場直播售出、棄標不扣除，也無法識別從加購區再加入的新標單\
如果想知道整場（包含棄標扣除後、加購區加購）的準確金額，只能在收單後的銷售統計表確認喔。

<mark style="color:yellow;">Q：可以同一句留言打多項產品+1嗎？</mark>\
A：可以喔！ 只要在規格間加上<mark style="color:red;">空格、半形逗號 、全形逗號 、頓號 、下一行</mark>都可以抓到。\
EX：粉+1 白+1 或是粉+1,白+1&#x20;

<mark style="color:yellow;">Q：請問加單、補單的區別?</mark>\
Ａ：加單＞為顧客喊<mark style="color:red;">銷售中</mark>的商品 \
　　補單＞為顧客喊<mark style="color:red;">已儲存</mark>的商品\
補單分為【手動補單】與【自動補單】，自動補單可於設定中開啟，即使標單儲存也能繼續抓取留言。

<mark style="color:yellow;">Q：買家要怎麼留言喊</mark><mark style="color:yellow;">**包色呢**</mark><mark style="color:yellow;">?</mark> \
A：包色的部分：<mark style="color:red;">關鍵字＋</mark><mark style="color:red;">**包＋１**</mark>**或是&#x20;**<mark style="color:red;">**關鍵字＋＊＋１**</mark>**&#x20;都可以收單**。

<mark style="color:yellow;">Ｑ：僅限會員得標的＂會員＂是什麼意思？</mark>\
Ａ：有<mark style="color:red;">私訊結帳關鍵字</mark>作會員綁定的人就能成為該粉專的會員喔！\
．有綁定 = 會員\
．有綁定+有訂單 = ★星等會員(留言才會出現星等，才有辦法用星等去過濾)

A：收單(不含補單)→指列印出第一次商品收單的得標標單\
　　補單1→指列印出結標後第1次補單的得標標單\
　　補單2→指列印出結標後第2次補單的得標標單\
　　補單3→依此類推...<br>

A：販售當下商品時點選設定（設定規格與數量）可設置多筆。\
買家下標後，於前台購買時可選擇顏色。
