## 臉書社團收單功能2024/4/1停止服務公告

親愛的客戶您好， 因Facebook將關閉社團收單的功能，直播小幫手將無法再提供原先社團收單的功能，並預計於2024/4/1關閉社團收單功能，社團收單的經營方式，將由多購物車加購替代。若您無使用社團收單的功能，此變更對您不會有任何影響。

### **社團收單停用影響**：

1. 直播小幫手後台左方列表的【社團收單】功能以極其下的【設定社團】、【團購清單】，將消失無法點選。
2. 承上，因上述功能關閉，將無法發布新的團購貼文，也無法收單。
3. 在關閉之前已經完成收單，並轉入購物車的不受任何影響，消費者還是可付款，管理訂單與物流等功能您依舊可正常使用。

建議各位提早與您的粉絲說明，並建議您在2024/4/1之前，甚至前一週就停止原先社團收單的形式，避免來不及將留言轉入購物車。若您希望維持原先僅使用社團留言的經營形式，可使用多購物車上架加購區，並將購物車連結與下單說明貼文在社團中，讓粉絲前往購買。相關操作說明將參照[ 【社團收單替代方案】](/she-tuan-jie-chan/she-tuan-shou-dan-ti-dai-fang-an.md)
