3、郵寄紙本：上述的申請表單內有文件資料下載網址，&#x5C07;**✨附件一✨附件二**兩份印下來填寫

如果要申請ipass Money就要點選連結網址，將✨附件一✨附件二兩份印下來填寫表單連結也提供範例可以進行參考
