# 出單機

★出單機只支援WIN系統，蘋果電腦不支援\

Q:出單機有哪些功能?\
A:單機主要印-得標單、出貨單、熱感發票(要換發票紙) \
\*熱感出單機：單賣$6000(含運,未稅)\
❌不能列印超商的配送單 (超商配送單一定要用印表機印)

Q:出單機，紙張大小列印選擇?\
A:\
★熱感紙列印設定部分： 列印時-紙張大小這裡要選擇80\*3276\
列印設定-頁首頁尾取消 、邊界選無 \
★發票紙列印設定部分： 列印時-紙張大小這裡要選擇SS58x4100mm\
列印設定-自訂-可選90或100\
發票紙捲+隔板一定都需要靠左(中間滾軸拿掉)\
發票紙捲不用放入滾軸\
如果還是無法完整列印(會截斷)，至電腦裡的印表機設定確認是否紙張大小是上述尺寸

Q:出單機印出來字會斷掉、字體顏色有深有淺，是機器的問題嗎？\
A:\
**字體模糊不清 【方法一】**:\
有可能是卡灰塵、印字頭老化或紙張都有關係 \
1-裡面打開刷一刷 \
2-電源關掉重開就好了 \
3-換一卷紙 先試1、2，基本上就會OK \
4-出單機(濃淡度)調整:(如圖) 關閉電源>打開機器底部小蓋子>數字3往上調至 On (可以設定DIP SW#3 ON , Dark 就是變濃)\
**字體模糊不清 【方法二】**:\
方法二(有圖，如下附圖)： 如果上述方法處理後，還是會有印出斷針及模糊的狀況\
 1-可以用酒精，清一下加熱片 如果再不行，就要寄回維修了\

Q:出單機內的滾軸?\
A:出單機內的滾軸是給機器快沒有紙的時候用的，如果是新的紙捲，不用放滾軸。

Q:出單機驅動異常?\
A:⚠️ 如有出單機驅動異常，請先移除原驅動後重新開機，再安裝新的驅動即可。
