### Q1. 要怎麼開啟「關鍵字取消下單」

到綜合收單頁右上角齒輪設定，在面板設定中把「允許關鍵字取消下單」調成允許，再按儲存即可。

### Q2. 系統一直自動補單，或想做即時得標

到綜合收單頁右上角齒輪設定檢查「自動補單」是否開啟。\
若要做即時得標，需同時開啟「自動補單」與「商品開賣後自動轉已儲存」，再依流程連結直播並開始銷售商品。

### Q3. 抓不到特定客人留言／得標

先請提供直播貼文網址、該客人的留言截圖、商品關鍵字與收單頁畫面給客服，客服會協助判斷原因。

### Q4. 商品沒有設定關鍵字，能不能先賣

根據銷售方式而定，若是一標一標進行販售收單(單標銷售)，可以不用設定關鍵字。\
但若是要將多筆商品開銷售(多標銷售)，銷售完一鍵收單的話，則每筆商品就要建立關鍵字。
