### Q1. 要查包裹進度，須提供客服什麼資料查詢呢

先請提供包裹編號，若沒有包裹編號，通常無法有效追包。

### Q2. 包裹沒到門市就被退回，怎麼處理

先提供包裹編號、門市資訊與取件通知截圖給予客服，客服會再協助查詢。\
若已涉及物流端配送異常，客服會協助向物流確認。

### Q3. 客人說完全沒收到取件簡訊，有可能嗎

先確認該包裹是否為補送件、改配件或特殊配送情況，補送包裹不會再次發送簡訊，因此需另外通知客戶取件。\
正常包裹可以請客服協助查詢簡訊寄送狀態。

### Q4. 物流異常要由誰處理？

若已經是物流配送、退件、到店或門市端問題，通常需要同步向配合物流商確認。\
通常無法釐清，請先將相關訂單以及包裹編號資料整理好回報給客服協助。
