### Q1. 商品規格忘記設定了，可以直接改嗎

若是商品本身規格漏設，原則上需重新上架；若只是已成立標單需要補充說明，可在直播得標清單中編輯「規格備註」後再批次修改。

### Q2. 為什麼預購商品不能直接結帳

預購商品在「預購到貨」前本來就不能結帳。\
要等您到直播得標清單把該批標單點成「預購到貨」，該商品才會回到可結帳狀態。

### Q3. 多購物車要怎麼開紅利？合併結帳要提醒什麼？

到「多購物車設定」中，選擇該購物車並啟用紅利。\
多購物車合併結帳時，紅利點數可以折抵多台購物車，但折扣碼即使可使用多次，前台一次合併結帳也只會套用在其中一台購物車。

### Q4. 加購區有商品，但客人前台看不到，怎麼排查

先檢查加購區是否設定星等限制。\
若客人星等低於或等於限制，購物車前台就可能看不到加購區商品；必要時可調整會員星等或取消限制再測試。

### Q5. 出貨單看不到商品編號，只看到規格備註，正常嗎？

正常。出貨單主要顯示規格備註；商品編號通常會在匯出 Excel 檔時才較完整呈現。
