### Q1. 藍新金流怎麼申請？申請後要多久？

依手冊流程送出藍新申請後，通常約 3 個工作天內會收到藍新寄出的審核結果信。\
若通過，請把信件截圖提供給客服協助切換金鑰；若被拒絕，也要回傳信件內容，才能判斷拒絕原因並協助排除。

### Q2. LINE Pay / iPASS money 要多久？誰可以申請？

約 10-15 個工作天，但實際仍以 LINE 端審核排程為準。\
需具統編資格，例如公司戶或有統編的獨資戶，再依申請流程提供所需文件。

### Q3. 客人刷卡後要取消／退款，系統會自動刷退嗎？

不會自動刷退。\
若消費者使用線上信用卡付款，需要到對應金流後台做刷退或退款處理，再回系統確認訂單狀態。

### Q4. 儲值金可以刷卡嗎？

儲值金通常需以第三方金流為主，所以刷卡是可以的。
