通常需蒐集公司抬頭、統編、收件地址、收件人、聯絡電話等資料，再依申請流程處理。

請您直接提供給客服包含:新的抬頭／統編／收件人／電話／地址，確認後再協助修改。

### Q3. 電子發票可以作廢或取消作廢嗎？

可否作廢與取消作廢，要看目前發票狀態與時效。\
若已超過可取消作廢的時間，通常無法再反悔；若系統顯示已通知外部單位作廢，需再聯繫客服依流程處理。

### Q4. 右上角的發票總額代表什麼？

右上角發票總額是全部發票金額，包含手動開立但並沒有扣除作廢發票後的總額。
