### Q1. 出單機支援什麼？能列印哪些單？

出單機只支援 Windows，不支援蘋果電腦。\
主要可列印得標單、出貨單、熱感發票。\
超商配送單仍需用一般印表機列印，不能靠出單機直接印。

### Q2. 出單機列印被截斷、發票紙印不完整，要先檢查什麼？

先檢查紙張大小設定是否正確：熱感紙應選 80\*3276；發票紙應選 SS58x4100mm，列印設定用自訂 90 或 100。若仍截斷，再到電腦的印表機設定確認紙張尺寸是否一致。

### Q3. 客人要列印電子發票，要怎麼操作

先確認結帳時選的是哪一種發票收取方式。\
若是開立統編，通常可提供該張統編發票資料；若是會員載具／寄送信箱，系統多半只能提供發票開立證明，正式列印通常需在中獎情況下於電子發票對獎欄位操作。
